FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: production method envisages mixing dried fermented rosebay willow-herb leaves in an amount of 75.0-80.0 wt %, dehydrated fruits and berries in an amount of 10.0-20.0 wt %, dried flowers, leaves and rootstocks of medicinal herbs in an amount of 5.0-10.0 wt %, packing and packaging. Dehydrated fruits and berries are produced from frozen raw materials by way of microwave treatment under vacuum under continuous drum rotation conditions.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a dry tea beverage with a natural pleasant, slightly astringent taste and flower-and-berry aroma; such beverage has tonic and general bracing effects.
