FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating skin defect from subcutaneous tissues by means of thin wire introduced under skin with long needle along the required outline without making external cuts. Skin traction is carried out by tightening Kirschner wires intracutaneously introduced on the opposite sides of the skin defect also without any external cuts done. Defect region fold arisen in this way is removed in suturing the wound. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of operation; low risk of traumatic complications. 2 dwg
