FIELD: plastic surgery. SUBSTANCE: wire is led subcutaneously near defect site through piercings in skin over predetermined line. By agency of wire, skin is detached and isotonic solution is forced for 2-3 days until complete homeostasis and then, gel non-resolving inert-to-body substance is gradually introduced. Skin is stretched to required extent, gel is removed, and skin is displaced to defect site. EFFECT: reduced traumatism of tissues and accelerated homeostasis. 2 dwg
