FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and can be used in surgery for cosmetic operations. A surgical suture material and a method of application thereof are presented by various needles and surgical sutures. One of the basic versions is a needle which is composed of two needles. The needles are fastened by a temporary connection and have the tetrahedral, diamond or other shape with a uniform point. The surgical suture has figure-designed raised portions. They represent surface notches to ensure a reliable adherence to soft tissues and load retention of soft tissues in force action. During the operation, a twin needle is inserted in a puncture at a required depth. Then the needle is separated in two needles and each needle is directed along the required contour.
EFFECT: as a result, the group of inventions can be used widely in various cosmetic and surgical operations and in combinations with the other surgical interventions.
