FIELD: medicine, surgery, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: for treatment of wound surface at inflammation stage method involves the use of liniment "Eplan" that contains the following components, wt.-%: lanthanum nitrate hydroxyhexahydrate (as measured for lanthanum) 2.2-2.8; triethylene glycol 60-64; ethylcarbitol 23-27; glycerol 1.8-2.2; sodium hydroxide 0.7-0.9, and water - the rest. At stage of reparation the following composition is used, wt.-%: liniment "Eplan" 80-85, and polyethylene glycol (PEG-115) 10-20. Treatment results to decreased microbe seeding of wound surfaces, inhibition of inflammatory response, decreased inflammatory process period.
