FIELD: methods and devices for extraction of soluble substances from raw materials. SUBSTANCE: method includes crushing of raw materials, extraction of the latter in body of at least one diffusion apparatus and withdrawal of produced extract. It is separated from crushed mass of raw material by means of filtering sieve. Diffusion apparatus has at least one millsieve whose meshes sizing less than 0.24 cm for provision of barrier preventing passage of fines and separating fines from extract removed from body. The device for extraction of soluble substances from raw material accommodates at least one screw conveyor with perforated flights and filtering sieve separating the section of extract discharge. Conveyor and sieve are provided with millsieves whose meshes sizes are less than about 0.24 cm.
