FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, manufacture of rolled products of important application with high corrosion resistance. SUBSTANCE: method includes charging of mixture into steel melting unit, melting, teeming, austenization, deformation and heat treatment of rolled products. In so doing, alloying is carried out in three stages: first, 10-40% of alloying elements are introduced with carbon-containing part of mixture, 3-20% are reduced from slag in the course of melting; and the balance, is introduced into ladle. Steel is melted of definite chemical composition and heat treatment is carried out under certain conditions after completion of rolled product deformation.
