ANTICREEPING DEVICE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: railway track engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to railway track structure. Anticreeping device has members for gripping part of rail foot and for spring fixing. Device is made in the form of U-shaped component. Each end of this U-shaped component has slot intended for embracing part of rail foot. Edges which create slot are bent outside with respect to U-shaped component. Spring fixing component is made in the form of lug which is bent inside towards slots. This lug is located in middle part of U-shaped component. Application of aforesaid embodiment of anticreeping device enhances reliability especially at repeated installation.
