SUBSTANCE: determining molecular mass of macromolecules within single analyzing cycle involves evaporation and ionization of maximum one macromolecule in the form of its fragments; acting power flow density is set proceeding from macromolecule fragmentation, and molecular mass is found from given analytical expression. The following process parameters are set and maintained in partial solutions: macromolecule concentration, acting power flow density, macromolecule surface distribution density, and characteristics of equipment for various investigation conditions.
