FIELD: medicine, in particular, treatment of orthopedic aftereffects of infantile cerebral paralysis. SUBSTANCE: method includes section of cicatricical cords in changed sections of muscles in transverse direction, subcutaneously and by stages, beginning from regions with maximal contractures. In so doing, performed at each stage are fibrotomies of all changed muscles on one locomotive segment or on articulation at accessible depth. In hyperkinetic case, additionally dissected are longitudinal cicatricical cords; direction of stages of section or dissection is proximal to eliminate muscle contractures of articulations.
