FIELD: abdominal surgery. SUBSTANCE: distal stumps of two intestinal loops are placed in parallel and fixed near mesentery end, after which two-trunk is formed. On the latter, third intestinal loop is isoperistaltically placed and transversely sutured along the surface of antimesenteric border of the bowel. Anastomotic loops are transversely opened. Borders of the three openings are all peripherally joined and inner row of anastomosis sutures is formed. Row of serous-serous sutures is applied on anterior lip of anastomosis. EFFECT: simplified operation and enhanced its physiological importance. 4 dwg
