FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used for application of esophagointestinal anastomosis. Before sewing adducting and abducting loops of intestine in its upper part two bends are formed at the distance 2-3 cm from each other and approached to each other by means of interrupted suture with obtaining T-shaped suture on mesentery of intestine loop. After that adducting and abducting loops of intestine are sutured together on mesentery edge along 10 cm by uninterrupted serous-muscular suture. Posterior rib of esophagus is sewn to said loops, right lateral wall of esophagus being sewn to abducting loop, left wall - to adducting loop. Walls of adducting and abducting loops are dissected in distal direction from the level of upper edge of esophagus cut to the level of upper horizontal part of duodenum. Anterior and posterior walls of esophagointestinal anastomosis are applied by means of single-row suture.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of suture failure.
