SUBSTANCE: container has housing with line to deliver inert gas into container space, cover, drain and filler holes, main line with shutoff devices to deliver fuel to place of consumption and valve to bleed excess pressure. The latter is located in cover. Cover is mounted on filler hole with adequate sealing. Housing has inert gas supply source, molar mass of inert gas exceeding molar mass of air.
