SUBSTANCE: plant includes heat exchanger for heat exchanger between supply and exhaust air by means of heat exchange surfaces and humidification of heat-exchange surfaces on side of exhaust air. For more effective cooling of supply air, heat-exchanger surfaces are separated by individual heat exchangers; heat-exchange surfaces are so selected that face temperature of heat-exchanger surfaces at exhaust air side is close to dew point of exhaust air.
