SUBSTANCE: device has means for transfer of used air and air supplied through the air-conditioning system, heat regeneration device having at least two stages, and a means for heat and refrigerant addition to the supplied air. To enhance the heat transfer, the means for heat and refrigerant addition to the supplied air, have at least one heating device or cooling device located between the stages of the device of heat regeneration in the flow of used air or in the flow of separate air, an apparatus for variation of the used air temperature and, consequently, for influence on the temperature of supplied air indirectly through the device for heat regeneration.
