SUBSTANCE: mixing section is located between supply passage through which outside air is supplied to room and return passage through which used air is removed from room for mixing the outside air and circulating air. Supply and discharge passages are provided with regulating devices for control of air flows. Guide plates mounted after regulating devices of supply and return units in mixing space are used for control of air flows of air running through regulating devices into many individual overlapping intersecting jets of air.
