FIELD: air-conditioning and heating systems. SUBSTANCE: air is sucked from room space and is passed through heating and cooling radiators to supply fan which returns air to room space. To avoid peaks of loads on central heating system, at least part of air sucked from room space, is first passed through radiators at outlet and inlet, heat recuperative device and then through heating and cooling radiators.
