FIELD: ventilation and air-conditioning systems. SUBSTANCE: heat contained in evacuated air is returned to supply air by means of heat exchange chain based on circulation of fluid medium; energy of additional heating or additional cooling is delivered to heat exchange chain when heat transfer is insufficient for maintaining the required temperature of supply air. For optimization of heat regeneration, delivery of additional energy of heating or cooling is reduced to minimum through change of temperature and flow rates of heat transfer medium and additional energy. EFFECT: minimum delivery of additional energy of heating or cooling due to change of temperature and flow rates of heat exchange medium and additional energy. 8 cl, 3 dwg
