Abstract RU 2125418 C1

FIELD: traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: sliders with distance bushings (repositioning and fixing) are screwed on rods after the latter are introduced into proximal and distal bone splinters in cases of multi- splinter, periarthric and intra-articular fractures. In presence of shifted vacant splinters, needles with thrust areas 22, 23 are passed through those splinters. Needles are fixed with hollow bolt 26 and nut 27. In cases of periarthric and intra-articular fractures, as well as in presence of short distal splinters, rods are introduced in parallel into hole 29 or slider 28. Two stabilizing knots 9, 10 are set on rod in proximal splinter. All knots are fixed in framel of apparatus by means of clamping bolts. To remove lengthwise shift, clamp 7 with adjusting screw 8 is installed on frame 1. Adjusting screw is used for distraction or compression of bone splinters. Planar shifts are eliminated by moving of slider on threaded bushings. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
