SUBSTANCE: the apparatus has body bars with slots, sliders with rods, coupling bolts and a responding mechanism with a lead screw and tie-rods. The mechanism is additionally provided with bracing frames with sliders and a cross bar with guide rods. The rods carry a movable cross-piece engaged with the lead screw and having tie-rods provided with holders. The holder is made in the form of a stepped pin with a radial hole for the tie-rod, has a threaded stem and one-sided head with a hole shifted from the stem. The coupling bolt is passed through the bracing frame, slots in the body bars and holes in the holder heads.
