FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has frame with slits on the lateral walls and reposition units having fixing rods. The frame is designed to be hook-shaped in the lateral walls plane and has elongated rectilinear part, curved part with an angle of 180 deg and shortened rectilinear part. The slits have cross pieces on the elongated part and in the middle of the curved part. Reposition units with wires are placed in the arc-shaped part zone of the frame, each unit designed as distance threaded bushing fixed in frame slits by means of tightening bolt, slider with rotatable cantilever member fixed on the distance threaded bushing and tension bolt with transverse hole on the smooth part for receiving wire, the bolt being fixable with nut in the cantilever hole. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications in treating supracetabular and transacetabular humerus fractures; retained movements in elbow articulation. 7 dwg
