FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: device has body provided with head made in the form of convex contact lens with curvature corresponding to that of eye cornea. Lower surface of lens contacting the eye cornea is perforated. Vacuum chamber is provided inside body, and connecting pipe for coupling to vacuum system is fitted on the outside. Rod is made as piston for axial and circular motion within boy. Two microknives are secured one after another to lower end of rod at preset angle to each other. In addition, device includes former and ring with prism which ensure cutting of clinoid groove of preset depth and length in eye cornea. EFFECT: reduced time and labor consumption of operation, reduced traumatic injuries. 8 dwg
