FIELD: mechanical engineering; repair and manufacture of agricultural tools and appliances of other machines. SUBSTANCE: WORN-OUT end of share is removed by cutting off its nose and straight line section over width of 25 mm with subsequent two-side welding-on of cover members of nose and blade Cover nose is subjected to hot moulding to follow face of WORN-OUT blank. Cover nose is applied from top over concave surface of width of 60-80 mm with thickness of 2.0-2.5 mm, and blade is surfaced from bottom over width of 20 mm in layer of 1.5-2.0 mm. Cover nose is welded to share body 24 mm lower than its straight-line section to provided coefficient of form. EFFECT: enhanced quality of reconditioning. 2 cl, 6 dwg
