FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes process for preparing stereoregular polydienes induced by coordination type catalyst systems. The claimed process is carried out by polymerization of butadiene in aromatic solvent in the presence of preformed catalyst complex based on soluble cobalt salt (cobalt naphthenate, octanoate, acetyl acetonate), alkyl aluminium mono- and sesquichlorides and conjugated dienes (butadiene, isoprene, piperylene) and modifying additive. Said additive is compound from amioaloxanes or from polyaloxanes at polymerization temperature from +50 C to -25 C. EFFECT: controllable technological mode of preparation of grades of rubber having desired choice of viscosity properties. 1 tbl
