FIELD: technology of high-molecular compounds, more particularly petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes method of preparing stereoregular polydienes using Ziegler-Natt catalytic systems, more particularly method of preparing cis-1,4-butadiene in aromatic solvent using mixed titanium halide based catalytic system. On completion of polymerization process, polymerizate is mixed with cis-1,4-polybutadiene solution prepared by using lanthanoid catalytic systems so that ratio of polymers is 1-10 wt parts of rare earth cis-1,4- polybutadiene per 100 weight parts of titanium cis-1,4- polybutadiene. Method is advantageous in that it uses small amount of expensive catalytic system component, low content of butadiene aligomers and high content of cis-1,4-links on polybutadiene microstructure.
