FIELD: railway track construction. SUBSTANCE: this relates to construction of railway tracks for industrial use including quarry railways with large gradients, small radii of curves and inconstant travel speed of rolling stock. Device has sleeper anticreeper and rail anticreeper. Sleeper anticreeper is made in the form of trough-shaped beam with wedge-shaped protrusion provided in its bottom. Rail anticreeper is made in the form of locking rail chairs located under rail line at both sides of sleeper beyond contact with it. Each rail chair is secured on its own lever. Free ends of levers are connected with brackets which are rigidly fastened on upper surface of sleeper. Clamps of one of rail chairs are located mirror-like relative to clamps of other rail chair. Brackets are rigidly connected with sides of sleeper anticreeper. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device increases resistance of rails to creeping, and protects sleeper from intensive wear.
