FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: set of devices to develop and balance stresses along rail length as it is laid into a railway track and to forcedly put a brace into the optimal temperature includes a device to displace a rail, which is structurally similar to a device for displacement of sleepers, and at least one insert-limiter that is installed between neighbouring sleepers. The device for displacement of a rail comprises a body with its grips-fixators on the rail and pushers. Pushers have a drive and interact with a sleeper. The insert-limiter is made as a panel or a rod with two end working surfaces.
EFFECT: provision of more even distribution of tensile stresses or compression stresses along rail length as it is laid into a railway track, possibility of more efficient and simple elimination of creepage in some sections of rails, to artificially develop or eliminate various tensile or compression stresses on its certain sections.
