FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has inductive coil in the capacity of sensitive element, resistor and pulse diode with great restoration time of back resistance connected in parallel. High-attenuating electromagnetic waves are excited in sensitive element. Changes of oscillation form occurring with movement of metal object relative to inductive coil are transformed into changes of duration of logic pulse with subsequent conversion of duration to pulse amplitude. Device makes it possible to diminish time of single measurement and consequently displays enhanced speed of response. EFFECT: enhanced speed of response. 2 dwg
