FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves vertically setting every slide with fixing member attached to into corresponding slot of slide holder unit. The holder is manufactured from sheet-shaped material frame having teeth and notches on its opposite sides. Notch dimensions are greater than slides thickness and the distance between the opposite notches bases is greater than slide width. The slides are suspended freely in holder slots using the fixing members produced as flexible rings, died and washed in moving the holder with the slides from one reservoir into another one. Drying being over, the slides are taken from the holder slots. The flexible rings are taken off from the slide ends. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and reliability in simultaneously processing a number of microscopy slides. 3 dwg
