FIELD: open and arthroscopic surgery. SUBSTANCE: guide has guiding clamp with angular scale and guiding recess, rod for needle with measuring scale. Rod is attached to guiding clamp in cantilever way and is capable of axial displacement. Guide also includes button switch of needle position, changeable tie-rod designed to form canal in tibia. Tie-rod operating end carries deepening and fixing facility, and its supporting end is fitted with collar. Guide has device for fastening of tie-rod and device for moving the latter along clamp. The device is formed by base with peephole and spring-loaded slide block which is positioned inside base. It couples base with clamp guiding recess with which slide block forms guiding seat, and with button switch. The latter engages slide block spring for moving the tie-rod along clamp. Tie-rod deepening and fixing facility is made in the form of circular rest with saw-tooth cuts on operating end and with guiding hole changing into oval-shaped recess for forming the hinge along with needle. Guide is provided with extender of clamp with angular scale and auxiliary tie-rod for forming of canals in tibia. Auxiliary tie-rod is made as supporting and operating ends connected rigidly at an angle. Operating end is attached to circular rest which center and geometrical centers of guiding clamp and clamp extender are combined at one point. Supporting end of auxiliary toe-rod is coupled to clamp extender, and angle adjacent to an angle formed by supporting and operating ends of auxiliary tie-rod is equal to 25-30 deg. Clamp has through guiding recess on tie-rod fastening side. An angle limiter is secured to guiding recess. Clamp extender is coupled to through guiding recess and installed in guiding seat of facility which moves tie-rod along clamp for displacement and interaction with the angle limiter. Changeable tie-rod fastening device is formed by screw-to-nut connection which screw is rigidly connected to base and provided with hole which receives stud. It embraces coaxially the tie-rod supporting end collar resting on screw. Tie-rod supporting end has segment shear and is positioned in screw hole for interaction of segment shear with stud. Circular rest of tie-rod in guide is provided with through slot on its side for passing the needle. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities, enhanced accuracy of canal formation, reduced traumatic injuries, improved convenience in operation. 2 cl, 17 dwg
