FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of screw, washer and sleeve. Screw has a through central channel for a guide, a head in the form of a ball-shaped element flattened from above, a longitudinally elongated working part with an external thread. In the screw head on the side of its upper part there is a slot for a screwdriver. Working part of the screw has a cone-shaped shape. Inner side of the washer along its periphery has sharpened projections for insertion into bone tissues. Inner hole of washer has rounded chamfer corresponding in form of lower ball-shaped part of head with possibility of its sinking inside washer. Between the washer and the head there is a gap ensuring the rotation of the lower part of the head inside the washer with the possibility of changing the angle of locking the screw position. Sleeve size and shape corresponds to working part of screw and is self-extensible by dowel type when it is introduced by making vertical through slots along side walls of sleeve. On the outer surface of the sleeve there are protrusions of the type of stiffness ribs to increase the graft hooking with the lateral walls of the transosteal canal.

EFFECT: use of the device enables formation of a reliable and maximally strong fixation system of the anterior cruciate ligament transplant, excluding the possibility of its destruction and additional traumatisation of bone structures.
