FIELD: medical bandaging and dressing materials. SUBSTANCE: this relates to polymeric dressing materials which are used in surgery for medical treatment of wounds, burns, skin injuries of various degree of hardness. With purpose of improving sanitary and hygienic characteristics and ensuring that bandage is atraumatic and reliably protects from external infection, bandage is made of three layers. Layer which comes in direct contact with wound is produced of water-soluble polymer. Second layer is made of biodestructible material that is of copolymer of glycolide and lactide which are taken in proportion of 70:30 respectively, or mixture can be taken of copolymer with 1-10 mas.% of common polyesterpolyol and/or poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone. Used in function of third layer is oxygen- and steam-impermeable membrane. Aforesaid arrangement of components in medial bandage ensures effective healing of wounds and burns which is of special importance in extreme conditions. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 1 tbl, 13 ex
