FIELD: methods and devices for discharge and utilization of wastes. SUBSTANCE: method consists in that nonsorbed wastes are subjected to stage heating at high temperature without intermediate cooling. Wastes with liquid particles and preserved mixed and multilayer structure are packed into packages. These packages with preserved pressure load exerted by hermetically closed walls of reaction vessel are directed to low-temperature stage where liquid components are evaporated, thermal degassing is partially effected and mechanical restoring forces of separate utilized components are eliminated. Then, conglomerates of solid particles enter high-temperature reactor to form gas permeable layer. Liquid residual substances are transferred after separation of metal components, with application of energy of gases obtained during degassing, to the second high-temperature melt, from which inert industrial products are manufactured. The device for embodiment of the method is distinguished by the fact that heat treatment apparatuses are oriented in one direction. In this case, apparatus of thermal stage where temperature is maximum, is located in zone of fixed point of zero thermal expansion of assembly of heat-treatment apparatuses.
