FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gas and liquid meter includes measurement converter in the form of two rectangular flaps, each being anchored with one end on immobile axle and with the other end on crank of rotating disc. Flaps are made up of two hinged parts. Discs are mounted flush with internal walls of body. Discs are fitted with output shafts . Shafts are coupled to gears to ensure displacement of movement phase of flaps through 180 deg and are linked to counter. EFFECT: simplified design providing for low production cost, prolonged service life and increased operational reliability. 2 dwg
