FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to precision instrument engineering and can be used for metering domestic and industrial flows of liquid and gaseous energy sources. Batching counter includes single-chamber housing, measuring transducer and output shaft connected to counting device. At that, measuring transducer is made in the form of two plates installed at right angle in relation to each other and rigidly fixed on movable pins, interaction of rotation of plates and output shaft is performed with planetary gear with ratio 2:1. At that, supports of movable pins are equally spaced from axis of output shaft, and plates are made of the length lying in the range from one distance between their pins to 1.4 of that distance.

EFFECT: decreasing dimensions of instrument, simplifying the design and improving accuracy, reliability and lifetime.
