DOSES COUNTER USED MAINLY FOR MEDIUM TRANSFER WITH REGARD TO BURNT FUEL AND HOUSEHOLD NEEDS OF WATER OR GAS Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: instrumentation engineering, production of doses counter for accurate control of fuel burnt in boiler-houses and household (industrial) needs of water or gas. SUBSTANCE: in doses counter primary measuring converter is made in the form of two pairs of kinematically linked turnable-extendable blades 2 located in double shaped body. Transfer mechanism has hydraulic system, that has extendable and turnable hydraulic cylinders 7, 4 linked by oil pipelines 14, 16 with two oppositely perpendicular cylinders 15, 17 of secondary converter 13, output shaft of which is linked with counting device 12. Filling of hydraulic system forms rigid engagement of primary measuring converters with secondary converter shaft 13, in which each angular position of shaft corresponds its single spatial position of blades 2 and during their motion under action of transferred medium the shaft rotation takes place, during which for one revolution of blades 2 pairs flywheel type motion strictly defined dose registered by counting device 12 is cut off and transferred in direction of process. Doses counter allows to increase accuracy, reliability and service life of any liquid or gas consumption registering devices.
