FIELD: milk industry, in particular, production of cakes from confectionery ice-cream with integrated ornament. SUBSTANCE: method involves simultaneously and continuously extruding ice-cream composition at negative temperature and fragile material composition at temperature at which this composition is in liquid state; extruding mentioned compositions from rotating pipes with tips; applying integrated ornament to movable base. Apparatus has two coaxially rotating pipes provided with rotating joint, where flows of each composition are heat-insulated one from the other.
