FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ice cream production technology. The installation for manufacture of a frozen confectionary product by way of rotating vertical extrusion into the vessel (60, 62) contains a nozzle (14), at least one passage for ice cream (20, 22) with at least one inlet hole (24, 26) and an outlet hole (28), at least one passage for chocolate (30, 32) with at least one inlet hole (34, 36) and an outlet hole (38, 38'). The outlet holes (28, 38, 28') are positioned inside the nozzle (14) and have an elongated cross section. The chocolate outlet holes (38, 38') pass parallel to the ice cream outlet hole (28) so that to form a ringed or helicoidal chocolate layer (44, 46) during rotation of the nozzle (14) and the vessel (60) relative each other. The chocolate passage (30, 32) is isolated form the ice cream passage (20, 22), connected to the ice cream passage only at the inlet hole (28). Additionally, one proposes a method for the frozen confectionary product manufacture using such installation as well as the frozen confectionary product proper.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the process of coextrusion of ice cream with chocolate and produce ice cream with thin and crispy uniformly distributed chocolate layers.
