Composition has pH value above 2.5 and below 6. New composition shows good physical-chemical stability under storage conditions. Composition exhibits double pharmacological activity eliciting both antiinflammatory and antifungal effect. Ketoconazole enhances antiinflammatory activity of glucocorticosteroid-acetonide, in part, desonide activity.
