FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: tablet has core and film coating. Core contains paracetamol and domperidone as active components and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Method of tablet making involves wetting granulation of active components with pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, dry stirring of obtained granulate, pressing mixture to make tablets and tablets coating with film envelope. To treat patient suffering with migraine the drug containing granulated mixture of paracetamol and domperidone taken in the therapeutically effective amount is administrated. Combined administration of domperidone and paracetamol as a single tablet provides facility for patient in drug intake for migraine treatment. Tablet has the minimal possible size and contains required dose about 500 mg of paracetamol and about 10 mg of domperidone per the dosed unit.
