FIELD: evacuation equipment for people and valuables. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rotary platform mounted on transporting device, hermetically sealed hollow sections of, for instance, cylindrical shape mounted on platform so that each previous section may be inserted into subsequent section. Each hollow section is formed as collapsible sleeve. Ends of hollow sections are provided with L-shaped projections fixed one relative to another. Top section defines risque cabin equipped with folding-back ladder having lock and safety member. Ladder is formed as closed oval trough with lateral hoisting paths. Risque cabin bottom and platform are connected through cable with winch. Shock-absorbing devices are mounted within bottom section. Air blower mounted on rotary platform is adapted for supplying air into sections below risque cabin. Blower has air flow rate controller and is connected with risque cabin weighing device. Rotary platform is equipped with fire hoses. EFFECT: reduced time required for risque and evacuation of people, as well as for fire extinguishing, and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 4 dwg
