FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for evacuating people in a fire and valuables from roofs, windows and balconies of buildings. Rescue system for high-rise buildings includes a winch with a lifting boom, a rescue cabin with a gangway, a cable suspension, a control synchronizing mechanism, a command console. According to the invention, the device consists of a trolley mounted on rails, on which is mounted a lifting boom in the form of a hinged four-link, in the upper part of which there is a platform, with the mechanism of raising and lowering the rescue cabin with the gangway, and the lifting boom is connected via a cable suspension to the drive station, with a counterweight at the rear of the trolley behind the lifting boom.
EFFECT: increase in speed, improved workability in use and increased productivity in the "descent-recovery" mode.
