FIELD: electric spark treatment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes ultrasonic oscillation system with alloying electrode on its end arranged coaxially inside axial electromagnetic vibrator and secured to armature of electromagnet with possibility of their common rotation and axial motion. Vibrator is spring loaded relative to rotation axle and it performs axial motion when bearing assemblies roll along guides of axle. In order to energize apparatus industrial generators are used, namely pulse current generator is used for electric spark alloying, low-frequency alternating current generator is used for applying power to winding of vibrator, pulse-type ultrasonic oscillation generator is also used. At operation of apparatus vibrator rotates together with acoustic system, electrode performs circular motion at periodic low-frequency contact with blank and excites discharge. Between discharges acoustic load is applied to interelectrode working space. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of alloying process, high quality of applied coating. 1 cl, 2 dwg
