SUBSTANCE: invention provides preparing the strains of an attenuated bacterium Salmonella containing a promoter nirB operatively bound with DNA sequence encoding a heterological protein of a pathogenic microorganism. Method involves preparing a DNA-constructor containing nirB-promoter operatively bound with DNA-sequence encoding a heterological protein of a pathogenic microorganism, transformation of an attenuated strain of bacterium Salmonella with the indicated DNA-constructor, growing transformed bacteria on suitable nutrient medium and a selection of the end strain. Invention provides also a vaccine against sickness caused by pathogenic microorganism and containing a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier of vehicle, and a strain of an attenuated bacterium Salmonella as an active component obtained by a method indicated in an invention.
