Also, invention involves peptide-related molecule showing at least 80% similarity degree at amino acid or nucleotide level. Both peptide and polynucleotide encoding it can be used as a medicinal agent for treatment or prophylaxis of diseases caused by streptococcus or microorganism Gr+. Invention relates vaccine used as mentioned above and also antibody able to bind peptide. Identification of genes encoding products associated with virulence allows producing attenuated microorganisms useful for preparing vaccines for therapeutic application.
