FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to vaccine used for protecting against infecting by Yersinia pestis microorganism and to the method for protecting human or animal body against Y.pestis infection due to injecting such a vaccine. The vaccine contains immunogenously efficient quantity of V- and FI-antigen or epitopic part of each of them, or microorganisms expressing V- and F1-antigens either separately or together and referring to Yersinia pestis-different species.
