Each pattern represents character or digit sign for recognition by sight-hindered person. One side of unit has sign which represents character or digit for recognition by sighted person. Each unit also has bent piece which provides correct orientation of unit on panel, which holds it, when words and sentences are constructed. Holding panel also has rounded corner for correct orientation of holding panel when words and sentences are constructed or read. Holding panel is equipped with triangular piece between joining members for correct alignment and positioning of units on holding panel. EFFECT: facilitated use by blind and sighted persons for making words, sentences or other character-digit labels, as well as message board for communication between blind and sighted persons. 20 cl, 12 dwg
