FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: reprocessing line has washing machine, crusher, fermenter, auger-type centrifuge directly connected with mixer by liquid phase and by solid phase through extractor and liquid phase outlet of second auger-type centrifuge, heat-exchanger, second fermenter, ultraviolet filter, which is connected by its solid phase outlet through vacuum filter liquid phase outlet with mixer and by its liquid phase via heat exchanger with juice accumulating vessel and through vacuum steaming apparatus liquid phase outlet with concentrate collector. The later is connected with liquid phase outlet of odor extractor disposed adjacent to gaseous phase outlet of vacuum steaming apparatus. Solid phase outlets of second auger-type centrifuge and vacuum filter are connected with waste collecting vessel.
