FIELD: traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: reclinator-jacket is intended for fixing of vertebral column during treatment of fractures. Fastening of flexible connections between front, upper and rear pneumocushions is performed on side of protective covering facing the patient's body, below upper edges and higher than middle of covering along vertical. Pockets for arrangement of rigid tie-rods on front pneumocushions are arranged on the very edge of sides of protective coverings. Front pneumocushions are provided with oval recesses in central part. Oval recess of lower pneumocushion is arranged in lower central part. All pneumocushions are made of removable protective covering, with all corners rounded, and internal inflatable chamber manufactured of gastight material. Removable protective coverings may be made of moisture- absorbing cloth or of moisture-repelling material with use of moisture-absorbing gasket attached to surface of protective covering facing the patient's body. Protective coverings may be of combination type with moisture-repelling material used only for covering surface contacting the patient's body. Rigid tie-rods are provided with system of through holes for fixing them in pockets of pneumocushions and to belt flexible coupling which make it possible to change position of pneumocushions and flexible couplings depending on patient's anthropologic data. Reclinator-jacket extends contact zone of flexible couplings in brachial parts, reduces contact zone of side flexible couplings, and simplifies its own repair and sanitary treatment.
