FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at creating apparatus with increased reliability and productivity resulting in more complete dehydration of crude oil emulsion. Dispensing manifold in apparatus has increased number of dispensing branch pipes ending by perforated branches. End branches and at least one dispensing pipe are provided with built-in parts representing one or several concentrically assembled perforated pipes made of oil-wettable material, for example, of polyethylene. These parts are placed in manifold pipes not reaching branches, i.e. forming free chambers in these places. Perforations in the parts inside dispensing pipes are arranged along their upper and lower generatrices, whereas those in end branches and in the parts inside them are arranged along their upper, lower, and side generatrices. Discharge ends of end branches are opened. Number of branches in manifold is equal to 2n where n is integer greater than 1. Dispensing pipes and their end branches are distributed over the horizontal cross-section of apparatus. Their diameter is chosen such as to provide velocity of emulsion movement inside them not higher than 1 m/s. EFFECT: enhanced oil dehydration efficiency. 5 cl, 5 dwg
